For example, you can play birthday music, an anniversary song or even a song from the top 100 playlist if you prefer.

Troubleshooting remotely has proven to fix >90% of issues. In the rare case we can't help fix remotely, we will guarantee to to have someone out to repair or replace within 24 hours for anything still under warranty or under a USA Bots extended servicing plan!

Just like any other battery, it does have a lifespan for optimal performance but it is a top of the line lithium ion battery so they last a pretty long time though I can't guarantee a specific amount of time, you can think of it similar to your phone battery. Lasts a while.

There is no set amount of time for replacing parts. For the first 12 months most parts are under warranty though there are a few that are not covered. You can see the document for after care to get more details. Wheels for example are not covered...that's just because they can get pretty dirty and worn down based on usage and other factors however they are pretty cheap and we can replace them or you can yourself, either way. It is one of the things we check for when we do the servicing.
